Collection: Rich Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Our Aged Dark Balsamic Vinegars are crafted from red grapes and imported from the birthplace of balsamic vinegar—Modena, Italy. Each balsamic is carefully aged for 12 years in oak barrels, developing a deep, complex flavor and naturally rich, syrupy texture that’s often mistaken for a balsamic glaze.

Unlike commercial glazes, which rely on added thickeners like corn starch or flour, true aged balsamic achieves its thickness naturally through time, tradition, and concentration. The result is a luxurious vinegar made from slowly cooked grape must, delivering a bold, well-balanced sweetness with incredible depth.

Our balsamics contain approximately three times more grape must than many standard balsamic vinegars, which is what gives them their signature richness and cling. They coat food beautifully, enhancing every bite.
