Refund policy

We do not accept returns on food items.

*To report a lost or damaged order please do the following:

1. Take photos of the damaged box and items 
2. Email them to CustomerService@theoliveshoppe.com. Be sure to mark the subject line "DAMAGED SHIPMENT" 
3. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and missing or damaged items in the body of the email.
