Chinese-Style Sesame Green Beans

Crisp-tender green beans sautéed in our Toasted Sesame Oil with Ginger & Garlic and finished with savory soy and sesame seeds — a bold, restaurant-style side made simple.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1–2 tbsp The Olive Shoppe's Toasted Sesame Oil with Ginger & Garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional)
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for slight sweetness)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional for extra punch)
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add our Toasted Sesame Oil with Ginger & Garlic.
- Add green beans and sauté 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until blistered and tender-crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Cook 1–2 more minutes until coated and slightly caramelized.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and season to taste.
- Optional: We suggest finishing the dish with a very light drizzle of The Olive Shoppe's Sesame Ginger White Balsamic before serving.
