Country Olive & Cream Cheese Crostini

Creamy, savory, and bursting with olive flavor — Country Olive Spread combined with cream cheese on crisp crostini, finished with premium olive oil and balsamic, makes an irresistible gourmet snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • ½ cup The Olive Shoppe's Country Olive Spread
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1–2 tbsp The Olive Shoppe's Napolitano Blend Olive Oil 
  • 1 tsp 5 Star Traditional Dark Balsamic (optional drizzle)
  • Fresh herbs (like thyme or parsley) for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Toast in oven 5–7 minutes until golden and crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and our Country Olive Spread until smooth.
  5. Spread a generous layer of the mixture onto each toasted crostini.
  6. Optional: Drizzle lightly with dark balsamic and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  7. Serve immediately.
